Somewhat better than average
The JBuds are an economic choice with reasonable performance. Their main weakness is overall frequency response which seems weak in higher frequencies. The ear buds are advertised as “noise-reducing”, chiefly because the interchangeable caps are designed to fill the ear canal and block external sounds. The JBuds are nominally effective at this goal. Also, it took several days to get used to the feeling, because they rest in the ear canal, not on the outside. Incidentally, I have a Samsung MP3 player (which I love). The Samsung ear buds that came with the device were superior to the JBuds. In summary the JBuds are fairly good, especially considering the price.

Less sound quality, more comfort
These earphones are comfortable but the quality of the sound is not as good as my original ipod headphones. Also, it needs more length where the cord splits to left and right sides.

work well at the gym
I was having a problem with the original ear buds that came with my ipod. They kept falling out of my ears while I was on the treadmill. These have the 3 different size rubber inserts for a tight fit. I also find that they block out other noise very well!

Waa-uuhaaW!
I have just tried on my new earbuds and they rock like a stone! With my sucker, broken, old ones I had to raise up the volume to 27/30 just to hear a decent sound. Now at just 18, they just rock my ears!

Also:

1. I hear no sound while I have my earphones on and a song is on. Damn! :p

2. The sound quality is AWESOME. this is like the first time I’m using my mp3 to the fullest. I never realized its potential up till now. I was thinking of renewing it, now I don’t think I will!

3. Those extra buds are gonna be super useful, since my ears aren’t the cleanest ones around! haha…

Anyway, I can’t believe I got ‘em for 20 bucks! Thank you, JoWoW (sp?)! Keep ‘em coming.

Excellent Product
These ear buds fit very well, stay in the ear and don’t hurt after a couple of hours. They come with three different sizes of rubber tips that don’t come off easily and get lost. The sound is excellent and my Bose ear buds now sit in a drawer.
