My new Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 8.1 Digital Camera
I received my new camera about a month ago. I had a cybershot before and it took the most incredible pictures. I dropped it when the lens was projected and it was recommended to me that it would cost as much as I had paid for the camera to repair it. And because I really wanted a zoom lens, I decided to go with the DSC-H7.
It is very much like the other cypershot except more megapixels and it has the 15 optical zoom. So far I am very happy with the picture quality and at how easy it is to operate. I want to to take advantage of all this camera has to offer so I need to read the entire booklet and learn everything. Basically you just point & shoot!
The biggest difference in the two are that my other cypershot was small and it could be carried in a purse or pocket. This one, of course, is much larger and a little more ackward to handle. But, I am trading off one thing for another.

I actually couldn’t decide between the this Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 8.1, a Cannon, or a Fujifilm. I started looking at the Fuji b/c I didn’t want to spend the extra $ on the Sony. But I started looking at the reviews and decided to go with a Sony. I absolutely love it…it is so worth the money. It takes fast pictures w/o you having to wait each time. We just took it to the beach and it took awesome pictures. Plus it has the best zoom ever…15x opt…you can’t beat. I love the quality of the pictures too. I recommend this camera. It is a plus b/c it comes w/the rechargable battery and its charger. I just wish it could use a SD Memory Card. I love this camera….I would surely check all the reviews for each camera before you decide…b/c I had a Kodak and was so disappointed with the newer ones. !!!!
