What more could you ask for?
I bought this filter for a new Sony DSC-H9 Camera. Becouse of the design of the camera the filter can only be used IF you attach the adaptor ring (a large conical hood-like attachment). This makes the camera quite bulky, difficult to stow in a bag, and the camera lens cap can no longer fit when the filter is attached.

B&H did not carry this product (why, I have no clue). They tried to “pawn off” the dust protector as the UV protector…or they just don’t know all their products and thought they were giving me what I had asked for. If at first you don’t succeed, try Amazon. I also saved about $25. B&H was selling the dust protector for $50. The UV74MM Filter does both.
